Atlanta Pharma has partnered with the brand New York based manufacturer, to create a digital subscription service for their STRATTERA® ADHD medication, atomoxetine HCI.
Nationally, atomoxetine is the first and only ADHD medication to be commercially launched in the United States and the first medication to be licensed in the U. S. Eli Lilly and Company has launched atomoxetine in the United Kingdom, opening the door for Eli Lilly and Company to market the drug in the U. Eli Lilly, the company behind the drug, is the developer and patent-holder of Strattera, and it has partnered with the manufacturer Strattera Pharmaceuticals to create a digital subscription service for atomoxetine. atomoxetine
The service includes a link to atomoxetine’s web site, atomoxetine HCI. A subscription service with atomoxetine HCI will be available from July 31, 2016 to July 31, 2017, and atomoxetine HCI will be available in pharmacies nationwide from April 1, 2017.
In order to access atomoxetine, patients must be at least 18 years old and take atomoxetine HCI, which is the FDA-approved treatment for ADHD, at the same time each day. Patients must be 18 and over and must have been diagnosed with ADHD in the past 12 months, and atomoxetine HCI will be available in pharmacies nationwide from July 31, 2016 to June 30, 2017.
“Atomoxetine is an effective medication for ADHD treatment that has been proven to be safe and effective. It works by increasing the levels of certain brain chemicals called neurotransmitters in the brain that improve impulse control, attention, and motivation,” said Dr. Thomas M. Leinard, M. D., a pediatric psychiatrist, professor of psychiatry, and director of the psychiatry department at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Austin and a research fellow at Texas Tech University. “Atomoxetine is also very helpful in improving ADHD symptoms such as impulsivity, hyperactivity, and hyperreflexia. It works as a dopamine agonist and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor and can be used to treat both ADHD and ADHD symptoms in adults and children.”
A clinical trial of atomoxetine HCI, which was sponsored by Eli Lilly, conducted at Eli Lilly and Company in November 2006, and was approved by the FDA in January 2007, was a phase 1 trial of atomoxetine. The trial was sponsored by Eli Lilly and Company and was designed to evaluate the effects of atomoxetine on ADHD symptoms in children and adults with ADHD and symptoms of ADHD, and to evaluate the efficacy of the drug in children and adults with ADHD.
In August 2011, Eli Lilly announced that they had signed a license agreement with Pfizer for Strattera and atomoxetine HCI. Eli Lilly has partnered with Pfizer to supply Strattera in the United States from the date of manufacture until July 31, 2017.
In June 2014, Eli Lilly and Company partnered with the maker of atomoxetine HCI to provide a subscription service with atomoxetine HCI that includes an automated subscription feature and a link to atomoxetine’s web site.
A webinar on atomoxetine HCI’s commercial potential and effectiveness has been held in the United States, Europe, and Australia. Eli Lilly and Company announced that the webinar will be available to all U. residents during the month of June at 10 AM Eastern Standard Time.
Atomoxetine HCI is available to access at least 12 hours a day at a pharmacy.
